Title: Lead Project Manager - UAT Testing
Location: 1525 W W T Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12 months
Work Engagement: W2
Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote (Tuesday is a required day in the office for the team)

SUMMARY:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Proven experience in UAT coordination and automation testing.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC principles.
  • Experience with API concepts and enterprise-level integrations.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, QC/ALM, and Confluence.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings and collaborative work sessions.
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to lead collaborative working sessions using industry tools and practices.
  • Experience with creating automation test cases/scripts based on business requirements.
  • Experience working with Cornerstone or similar platforms. (preferred)
  • Background in change management or program-level coordination. (preferred)
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting tools.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level UAT and production validation processes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate End-to-End User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts across multiple projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and executive-level presentations.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person collaboration sessions using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ALM.
  • Track timelines and milestones for integration testing and production validation.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Support planning activities and contribute to strategic project direction.
