Locations - Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Gurgaon / Mumbai Notice period –Immediate to 30 days (Official Notice period only) Mandate Skills – PM Skills + Banking experience + Wealth / Advisory Domain Experience / BlackRock platforms Job Description – Lead Project Manager – Wealth Advisory Key Responsibilities Strong Project Manager experience within Wealth Advisory domain to manage initiatives related to portfolio review and investment analysis Support creation of insights and recommendations for investment planning based on portfolio performance and strategic objectives Coordinate across investment, risk, finance, and technology teams to ensure aligned delivery Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution Prepare and present portfolio review packs, dashboards, and management reports Ensure governance, documentation, and adherence to agreed delivery frameworks Mandatory Skills & Experience 12+ years of experience in project/program management. Proven Project Management experience in investment, asset management, or financial services environments Hands-on exposure to portfolio review processes and investment planning support Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology Preferred / Nice-to-Have Working knowledge or exposure to BlackRock platforms, tools, or investment processes Experience in asset management, wealth management, or institutional investment domains Familiarity with portfolio analytics, performance measurement, or risk metrics Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, SAFe, Agile Scrum Master) will be an added advantage. Key Competencies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Structured thinking and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel High ownership and delivery orientation
