Job Title: Lead Project Planner
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role
Salary: From £47,271 per annum dependent on skills and experience

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

  • Extensive, in depth experience of Primavera P6 with knowledge of administration functions for the package
  • Experience with the construction of Level 3 and 4 plans including; governance aspects, stakeholder management, the inclusion of key events and milestones, alongside the application of EAC resources, process of striking a PMB and experience of the PMBCR change procedure
  • Knowledge of the alignment of Level 3 and 4 plans with the ability to identify a critical path to investigate methods to define and mitigate negative variances
  • Previous knowledge of the supervision the leadership of SOE functions
  • Previous experience of leading and conducting operations to achieve designated; larger projects and conduct data presentation and analysis
  • The ability to lead the proactive training, guidance and mentoring to junior planning members of staff increasing their SQEP, capability and performance
Responsibilities
  • Managing the construction of a Level 3 and Level 4 plan including governance aspects, stakeholder management, the inclusion of key events and milestones as well as the application of EAC resources, process of striking a PMB and the experience of the PMBCR change procedure
  • Overseeing the alignment of Level 3 and Level 4 plans, whilst identifying a critical path and investigating methods to define and mitigate negative variances
  • Be responsible for the acquisition of data; communicating variances, open dependencies etc. to all stakeholders alongside defining risks to schedule and demonstrate proactive engagement to find acceptable resolutions
  • Provide proactive training, guidance and mentoring to junior planning members of staff increasing their SQEP, capability and performance
  • Lead and conduct operations to complete planning analysis
  • Maintaining stakeholder engagement across various teams, functions and clients
