Participates in various account management activities and customer relationship management. Responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance account management performance. This role is designed to lead and contribute to international AIoT initiatives, working at the intersection of data science, energy management, HVAC systems, and advanced AIoT technologies. As a highly visible role within the organization, it offers significant career development potential, enabling the individual to influence strategic outcomes and build expertise in cutting-edge AIoT applications across diverse markets. key Responsibilities: Lead multi-site, multi-year AIoT managed services programs in collaboration with external clients and internal stakeholders. Drive promoter-level NPS scores for assigned accounts, ensuring successful renewals and account growth. Manage accounts through a structured governance framework, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with program sponsors. Would be closely working with client to understand their requirement, make detailed projects plans understand the technical scope of work, tracking the progress of the project and reporting the deviations to the management. Oversee budget creation and handle operational processes such as SAP transactions for material shipment, sales order (SO) creation, etc. Requirements Education: Any Engineering Degree Experience: 5 - 10 years' experience in similar domain Job Description Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated effectiveness at the executive level. Familiarity with SAP Conducts business development activities for account management teams within defined customer segment to support the business strategy. Identifies bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers. Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team. Proactively supports and develops prospective projects with assigned customers and presents to sales business development team. Develop personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities. Attends trade shows, presents new products to increase the visibility of the organization.
