As Lead Propagator, you’ll be responsible for the production of over 1.25 million young plants annually, leading a small team of 5 and ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.
This is a hands-on role, which will see you oversee propagation from seed and cuttings, manage stock plants, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also play a key role in developing new techniques and mentoring your team.
