Your tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary management of staff and further development of departmental standards.
• Expansion in the Rhine-Main region through growth of the existing customer base and recruitment of staff.
• Planning, implementation and commissioning of projects as project manager or sub-project manager within the framework of new investments, as well as conversion and expansion measures
• Planning and development of holistic manufacturing processes including material/personnel flow, in-process controls and data provision
• Development, reorganization and optimization of technological processes
• Support for projects up to the start of commercial production
• Responsibility for scheduling, cost estimation and quality
• Ensuring project communication with all stakeholders
• Customer care and project acquisition

Your profile:

• Completed engineering studies
• Several years of professional and project experience in the pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge in project management
• Solid experience with technologies for the production of pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical products
• Ideally, experience in leading employees and project teams.
• Independent, structured and team-oriented work style
• Very good German and English
• Willingness to travel
