Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Psychologist with a strong background in mental health assessment, therapy, and research for a federal contract position. The ideal candidate will possess a Top-Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain one, as this role involves working within sensitive environments requiring confidentiality and discretion. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will deliver comprehensive psychological services, including diagnostic evaluations, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral health support across diverse populations. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing patient care, supporting mental health initiatives, and advancing research efforts in a dynamic setting dedicated to excellence in psychological services. Pay range is an estimate at this time. Requirements Qualifications Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist; licensure requirements vary by jurisdiction. Top Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is highly preferred; candidates must meet all security requirements for sensitive work environments. Extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly populations across inpatient and outpatient settings. Proven expertise in child & family counseling, working with individuals with autism or disabilities, PTSD care, addiction counseling, and crisis intervention. Strong background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy modalities, behavioral health assessments, and psychological testing. Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering services remotely is desirable. Supervisory experience overseeing clinical staff or interns is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management is essential.
