What you'll do Schedule and manage patient appointments using our EMR system Answer phones and address patient inquiries with warmth and professionalism Welcome patients as they arrive and create a positive experience from the moment they walk in Collect co-pays and patient balances from insurance Adjust patient schedules as needs change throughout the day Work with Google Sheets and Docs for day-to-day tasks Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced environment Comfortable and capable on a computer Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love of helping people Reliable and punctual, someone the team can count on Comfortable working at a desk in-office 40 hours per week, M-F 9:00am-5:30pm
