These groups work together to provide comprehensive support to the Executive vice president (EVP) and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, efficient administration, and informed decision-making. The Communication Group handles reports, internal and external communication, and briefs, while the Admin Support Group focuses on EVP logistics, employee engagement, admin coordination, and technology and asset management. Meanwhile, the Decision Support Group provides strategic planning, supports board meetings, coordinates committee activities, and facilitates media engagements.
Your primary role serves the office of the Executive Vice President and will involve managing internal and external communications, forging strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and driving strategic communication initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • As the successful candidate, you must hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a closely related field.
  • You will have 12 years of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role within the energy sector.
  • Your background will include a proven track record of developing and executing effective communication strategies.
  • A strong understanding of the energy industry and Saudi Aramco’s business operations is essential, as is prior experience in managing global communication initiatives.
Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Ensure that comprehensive communication plans are developed and executed in alignment with business objectives, delivering consistent and effective messaging.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including management, affiliates, and corporate communication entities, to foster collaboration and effective communication.
  • Reviewing media-related content such as press releases, speeches, social media posts, media plans, briefs, and presentations in partnership with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality.
  • Measurement and analysis also play a critical role, with a focus on tracking and evaluating the impact of communication efforts through data-driven insights.
