Description

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Agricultural Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 12+ years in automation engineering with at least 3+ years leading automation teams.
  • Proven experience with automation frameworks/tools such as:
  • Selenium, Cypress, Playwright (UI Automation)
  • RestAssured, Postman, Karate (API Automation)
  • JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber (BDD)
  • Programming proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Familiarity with agriculture/life sciences workflows (lab systems, digital agriculture platforms, ERP/SAP systems) is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with automation in life sciences or agriculture industry (e.g., laboratory automation, seed R&D platforms, or smart agriculture applications).
  • Exposure to data automation for IoT devices, sensors, or precision agriculture platforms.
  • Certifications in automation testing (ISTQB, Selenium, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML-driven automation for predictive agriculture solutions.
