Responsibilities

As a Lead QA Engineer at CTI Digital, you’ll take a strategic and hands-on approach to ensuring the quality of our digital solutions. You’ll lead our QA function, driving best practices, mentoring the team, and introducing automation to enhance efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:
Leading & Developing the QA Team – Manage, mentor, and support QA engineers, conducting regular 1-1s to foster growth and development.
Driving QA Strategy & Best Practices – Define and implement quality assurance processes, ensuring a consistent, scalable approach across projects.
Introducing & Expanding Test Automation – Identify opportunities for automation, select the right tools, and embed automated testing into our workflows.
Overseeing Testing & Quality Assurance – Ensure rigorous testing across platforms like Magento, Drupal, and Umbraco, maintaining the highest quality standards.
Managing Defect Resolution & Reporting – Oversee bug tracking and resolution in Jira, working closely with development teams to improve efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Engage with project managers, developers, and clients to align QA efforts with business objectives.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends, refining our approach to testing, automation, and quality management.
