Description

ABOUT LIMBLE

At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We’re revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Strong background in test automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, or similar tools.
  • Proven experience leading QA efforts in agile product development environments.
  • Deep understanding of API testing (manual and automated) and backend validation techniques.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and their integration with automated tests.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience performing root cause analysis and communicating testing KPIs to leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling QA processes and teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities

We are looking for a quality-driven and people-oriented QA Engineering Lead to oversee our growing QA function and lead a team of 5+ quality engineers. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the quality strategy across all of application engineering. You’ll partner with engineering and product leadership to integrate a culture of testing into the SDLC, develop and enforce QA standards, and ensure our web applications and APIs meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
In addition to managing team delivery, you’ll play a key role in defining metrics and reporting for QA health — including root cause analysis, bug escape rates, time-to-resolution, and more — providing visibility to engineering and executive leadership. You’ll bring a hands-on approach when needed, but your primary focus will be on team leadership, process development, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate our testing practices and outcomes.
