POSITION OVERVIEW

KKR is seeking a highly motivated Lead Quality Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will lead the quality assurance efforts to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement testing strategies that support our mission to deliver exceptional products and solutions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for software products.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, ensuring best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and design effective test scenarios.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and partner with development teams to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve testing processes to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on integrated systems, advising on upgrades, enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
• Drive adoption of test automation frameworks (e.g., TestIM.io) to increase productivity, coverage, and accuracy.
• Establish and maintain documentation standards to ensure consistency and reliability across systems.
• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across web and mobile platforms.
• Manage test cycles, track progress, and communicate results to stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Act as a business-technology liaison, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for test planning, cycle management, and project alignment.
