Job Title: Lead Qualification Coordinator
Location: St. Helier, Jersey
We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our new lead generation operation in St. Helier as a Call Qualifier. We generate high-quality leads and sell them to our mortgage brokerage clients. Your role will be crucial in supporting our team by engaging with potential clients, assessing their initial requirements, and setting up appointments with mortgage advisers from our partner brokerages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to determine their eligibility for mortgage products.
- Collect key information during calls to facilitate the pre-qualification process.
- Schedule appointments between clients and mortgage advisers from our partner brokerages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines during client interactions.
Requirements:
We are seeking exceptional candidates who possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Educational Standard: GCSE or equivalent as a minimum requirement.
- Outstanding Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively and empathetically with clients over the phone.
- Exceptional Multitasking Abilities: Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Demonstrating a methodical and organised approach to every aspect of work.
- Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service is mandatory, with particular emphasis on those with experience in the financial industry, especially in areas covering mortgages and secured loans. Working Hours:
- Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Days: Monday to Friday
