We’re a well-established, modern dental practice in Poynton, with exciting plans for expansion of the practice. Our clinical team includes a dentist with special interests in endodontics, periodontics, and implants, and we are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming, supportive environment.
As we grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Lead Dental Nurse to join our team and help shape our clinical direction.

THE ROLE:

As our Lead / Head Dental Nurse, you’ll work closely alongside our specialist clinician and support the wider team by taking ownership of clinical standards and day-to-day nursing leadership.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Chairside support during specialist procedures (endo, perio, implants)
• Overseeing and maintaining compliance logs (CQC, HTM 01-05, audits)
• Stock control and ordering
• Creating and refining clinical systems and workflows
• Supporting, mentoring, and inspiring junior nursing staff
• Playing a hands-on role in developing a practice known for quality and patient care

Working Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Weekend work for private implant, smile makeover, or cosmetic dentistry cases only (pre-booked, special interest appointments – no general routine weekend clinics)
• £13.50 – £16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
