Job Summary Qualifies and tracks leads across multiple channels, ensuring they meet the required criteria for further sales engagement. Key Tasks · Review and qualify incoming leads from diverse channels, including digital platforms, email campaigns, trade shows, and other offline sources, ensuring leads meet predefined criteria. · Track, categorize, and update lead information meticulously in the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date for efficient follow-up and reporting. · Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and prioritize high-potential leads, focusing on opportunities that align with the company’s sales goals and growth objectives. · Analyze lead data regularly to uncover insights into lead source effectiveness, conversion rates, and industry trends, sharing actionable insights with the sales and marketing teams. · Develop and nurture partnerships with lead generation providers and affiliates to maintain a high standard of lead quality and explore new sourcing opportunities. · Generate comprehensive reports on lead performance metrics, conversion rates, and qualification outcomes, presenting findings to management for strategic decision-making. · Monitor and refine the lead qualification process to improve efficiency, adjusting criteria and workflows as necessary to ensure the highest quality leads for the sales team. · Train new team members on lead qualification processes, CRM data management, and best practices for tracking lead engagement and conversion. · Conduct regular audits of CRM data to identify and correct inconsistencies, enhancing the accuracy of lead tracking and reporting. · Create and manage a lead scoring system to rank and prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert, supporting more targeted sales efforts. · Work with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with sales goals, providing feedback on campaign effectiveness and lead quality. · Participate in regular meetings with the sales and marketing teams to discuss lead conversion trends, challenges, and strategies for improving lead engagement. · Continuously evaluate and implement new tools or technologies to improve the lead qualification process, exploring automation options for higher efficiency. Skills and Qualifications · Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. · 2+ years of experience in lead qualification or sales support. · Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools. · Proficient in Social Media searches · Ability to manage and update social media platforms and create content · Excellent organizational and communication skills. · Must be a Trinidad and Tobago national
