Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering best practices and technical excellence.
  • Design, develop, and execute both automated and manual test suites for web, mobile, and API applications.
  • Oversee functional, performance, security, and usability testing to ensure robust software quality.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align testing with business and technical objectives.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot software defects, providing clear, actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Drive the integration of QA processes within CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
  • Champion the adoption of automation frameworks and innovative testing tools to boost efficiency.
  • Communicate test results and quality insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
