Job Description Perform wet chemistry testing HPLC, UV-Vis, CE Sample receipt Glassware washing Use ALCOA to document test results in electronic notebooks Would support various QC labs where work is needed Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT Prepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree in physical science (chemistry, physics, etc.), or other related degree concentration, with a minimum of 4 years of experience At least 2 years of GMP industry leadership experience is required.
