Description
First shift, $19.50+ per hour depending on experience   The Quality Warehouse Lead Associate is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and repacking damaged products in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role ensures that all recovered and repacked items meet company quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The position also supports general warehouse operations as needed, and leads a team of 1-3 associates.   Key Responsibilities • Product Inspection, Sorting Damage, Reporting to Customer using customer WMS (EWM) • Identify and segregate damaged from production or incoming shipments. Build Dump loads • Determine the disposition of damaged goods (rework, repackage, or dispose). • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times. • Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks assigned, including sweeping, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal within GMP. • Follow all warehouse safety procedures. • Ability to lift 50 lbs.   #IND123 Qualifications Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education • A clear understanding of basic math skills and the ability to calculate percentages • Ability to read and understand customer product and packaging specifications • Ability to use or capable of learning to use the computer with spreadsheet and statistical quality control program   #IND123
