Essential:

• Computer system skills – Microsoft Office, SharePoint and SAP
• Expert in the use Problem solving Tools and Techniques Including 8D, DMAIC etc
• Ability to produce data and Analyse Trends enabling improvement opportunities to be identified

Desirable:

• Submarine Business knowledge
• Reporting skills

• Providing specialist guidance and support to the Quality Function whilst ensuring that the Business Unit remains compliant to the local Quality Business Management System
• Conducting specialist Quality activities in accordance with relevant processes and procedures
• Having a working knowledge of and apply the local Management System documentation e.g. policies, procedures, workmanship standards, risk assessments and processes in their related area
• Liaising / interfacing with appropriate areas of the business and build effective relationships
• Understanding of Quality objectives
• Producing written reports and presentations ensuring accuracy and clarity of meaning
