Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others. Includes product quality review associated with manufacturing processes. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Ensuring compliance to international management systems standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, etc. Performs Quality systems audits and risk assessments. Coordinates special process audits and acts as a Liaison with external auditors. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines. Coordinates Cause and Corrective Action Investigations Supports nonconformance dispositions and MRB submittals Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years in Manufacturing). + a Minimum of 3 years in Quality, or Production.
