Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

  • Designing and evolving automation frameworks that are easy to maintain and scale.
  • Using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber —and staying open to trying new ones.
  • Embedding testing into delivery pipelines with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Harness .
  • Applying modern practices around security, resilience, accessibility, and observability , using tools like Chaos Monkey, OWASP ZAP, SonarQube, and Dynatrace .
  • Working with engineers and product teams to define clear, shared expectations for quality.
  • Supporting continuous improvement through mentoring, coaching, and learning together.
  • Collaborating in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) to help teams deliver thoughtfully and effectively.
  • Taking shared responsibility for the quality of key platforms and working alongside engineers to build robust, clean code.
  • (Bonus!) Exploring how AI tools can enhance automation and testing strategies.
