THE ROLE

Responsible for leading a large cross-functional team in the definition and execution of User Acceptance and Business Validation Testing for Lumen products. Create and manage to a test plan that aligns with business objectives, priorities and the portfolio roadmap. Serving as a critical business leader in the on-going evolution of the company’s Product Solutions, the candidate will establish relationships with key leaders from across the business and with external partners critical to the success of programs, including but not limited to direct interaction with individual contributors, manager, director, and vice president leadership.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create comprehensive test plans/suites to test all critical use cases prior to a product launch and/or enhancement
• Create, prioritize and oversee defect definition and reporting
• Work in conjunction with multiple internal development teams to resolve and retest defects
• Implement prevention/detection systems to eliminate problems that affect quality and reliability
• Participate in pre-production activities as quality representative
• Drive cross matrix teams through quality and reliability testing using appropriate test methodologies
• Escalate issues where appropriate to ensure a successful and reliable product launch
