Responsibilities
  • Serve as lead quality engineer / test architect supporting integrated solution testing and quality assurance for online digital projects and application releases including pre-production and post-deployment certification testing.
  • Define and implement integration test strategies and quality engineering methods and procedures for analyzing test plans and strategies, writing and executing test cases, troubleshooting and managing application defects.
  • Develop and drive test automation strategies and framework improvements, perform hands-on test automation scripting, execution and maintenance to improve test coverage and consistency across regression testing.
  • Support defect creation and defect management, and defect root cause analysis to drive improvements in future.
  • Analyze test results and metrics, prepare and present status reports, and represent the quality engineering team on status calls with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-team collaboration with development, architecture, product and business teams on large-scale strategic initiatives, supporting quality practices through all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Provide business context and insights for assigned projects, assist with project prioritization and timeline negotiations / tradeoffs, identify process improvement opportunities for the quality engineering teams.
