Pomeroy Living is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Lead Receptionist/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.   As the face of our community, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who enter. You will also play a key role in managing accounts payable for the community. Responsibilities: * Receptionist Duties: * Greet and welcome residents, guests, staff and vendors. * Answer and direct phone calls professionally. * Maintain a clean and organized reception area. * Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and requests as needed. * Accounts Payable Duties: * Process invoices and prepare payment vouchers. * Reconcile vendor statements. * Maintain accurate records and documentation. * Assist with month-end closing procedures. * #pm25 Qualifications: * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). * Experience with accounting software preferred. * Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
