LEAD RECEPTIONIST – FAST-PACED NATUROPATHIC CLINIC (JANE EMR)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Receptionist to join our busy, fast-paced naturopathic clinic. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and oversee front desk operations, including part-time staff support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of medical reception experience
• Experience in complementary or naturopathic health care is a plus
• Proficiency with Jane EMR
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Comfortable interacting with patients during IV treatments

• Greet and assist patients warmly
• Manage scheduling, patient intake, and records using Jane EMR
• Interact with patients receiving treatment in our IV therapy space
• Handle billing, payments, and administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth front desk workflow in a fast-paced environment
