What You’ll Do Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and drive strategic talent decisions Lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial and business-critical roles across ASEAN markets Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talent Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor benchmarking to influence hiring strategies Proactively identify hiring challenges and deliver creative, solution-oriented approaches Build strong talent pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment processes and candidate experience Lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects such as diversity hiring, employer branding, and process enhancement Ensure seamless management of recruitment activities through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Qualifications Proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment, with a focus on commercial or business-facing roles Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex and fast-paced environments Expertise in proactive sourcing and talent mapping Ability to translate data into actionable hiring insights A self-starter with a high level of ownership, agility, and drive Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and leading TA initiatives Collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
