The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent across the company, in both technical and non-technical roles. You’ll partner directly with our executive team to close top-tier talent. The responsibilities and seniority of the position can be scoped to meet the capabilities of the right candidate.   Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: * Own Apogee's end-to-end recruiting cycle for simultaneous and complex searches including initial outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations * Manage written and verbal communication with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers throughout the interview process and ensure process is moving at a proper cadence * Ensure an exceptional candidate experience for anyone who enters the process, regardless of hiring outcome * Conduct initial screenings and coach candidates through the process, keeping them engaged throughout * Lead end-to-end searches, ensuring a seamless transition from conception to start date and beyond. * Manage relationships and pipelines from all outside agencies and recruiting firms * Schedule and coordinate all interviews, on and off-site * Maintain ATS data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency, influence hiring decisions, and identify future hiring needs * Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with the broader recruiting team and cross-functional internal teams as well as incoming candidates * Managing the sourcing of candidates and develop a diverse pipeline of high-quality talent * Create, publish, and maintain job postings across hiring channels, for both technical and non-technical roles   Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements: * 4+ years of agency or in-house recruiting experience * Relevant bachelor’s degree (or additional years of experience) * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Attention-to-detail, superb organization, and proven track record of meeting deadlines * Multi-tasker with the ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously * Willingness to take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities * Experience in solving complex hiring challenges independently * Strong interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills   Preferred  * Passion for helping to build high-performing teams * Enthusiasm for balancing autonomous, proactive efforts with collaborative, team-minded workstreams * Skilled at developing a network of sharp, capable candidates * Low ego ---------------------------------------- Apogee Research, LLC is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
