This is not a standard recruitment admin role - it’s high-level talent acquisition. Your responsibility is to identify, engage, and secure the very best developers, artists, and designers in the Roblox ecosystem. You will be directly responsible for building a network of top-tier talent and ensuring Cinnamon remains the most attractive studio for elite developers.

• Hunt down world-class Roblox devs across Discord, DevForum, Twitter, LinkedIn, and beyond
• Build and maintain a network of top-tier talent (scripters, 3D artists, animators, designers)
• Sell Cinnamon’s vision and close candidates who are already in demandMarket Cinnamon as the place to work: craft job posts, engage communities, and build our employer brand
• Work directly with directors - no bureaucracy, just results
