As a Senior Recruiter based in Singapore, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding mid to senior level Retail and Marketing talents. You’ll be responsible for organizing hiring events, reducing our reliance on external recruitment partners, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working independently, you’ll collaborate with remote teams and build relationships with local talent to meet our growing business needs.

• Take charge of our retail and marketing hiring matters and collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager on sourcing executive-level talent.
• Build and maintain a local talent pipeline, supporting quick hires as business needs shift
• Foster a positive candidate experience and ensure a seamless onboarding process
• Collaborate with the rest of the global recruitment team, based in Singapore, to align hiring strategies and share insights
• Stay informed on Singapore, Australia and the United States’ employment regulations to ensure full compliance
