What will I be doing? • Consult, design, develop, deploy, and facilitate a suite of talent acquisition strategies in line with business goals and objectives. • Plan, execute and measure multi-channel complex sourcing efforts. • Be a hands-on Recruiter and manage end to end recruitment. • Have an in-depth understanding of the context of the positions recruiting for. • Effective networking through referral / reference contacts, internal employees, conducting industry research. • Work with hiring managers on complex, strategic offers. • Consistently improve bench marking policies/practices. • Maintain reports and metrics on all steps in hiring process. • Work towards consistently raising the hiring bar. • Relentless candidate focus and must be a candidate advocate. • Ensure great candidate experience and smooth process internally. • Execute vision and goals for the team or department.
