JOB SUMMARY

  • This role could be based in Malaysia, India and Poland. When you start the application process you will be presented with a drop down menu showing all countries, Please ensure that you select a country where the role is based.
  • This role covers Compliance, Financial Crime and Conduct Risk (CFCR) and Operational, Technology, Cyber Risk (OTCR) Framework and Policy team. The role holder will be responsible for leading the team that supports the management of the Framework, Policy and Standard documents and ensuring that the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and Framework and Policy Governance Standards (FPGS) are adhered to.
  • The role holder will work in close alignment with the key stakeholders and clients of their team to ensure value is delivered to expectation and there is transparency in prioritisation of BOW and resource alignment.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree qualification and at least 10-15 years of experience in financial services with a specialisation in policy and frameworks, or Risk Management and Governance in a similar Bank or a Global Financial Institution
