• Must be a Registered Architect
• 5–10 years of relevant architectural experience
• Prior team management experience; will oversee a team of nine architects
• Experience preparing and reviewing Façade Repair Drawings and Tenant Protection Plans
• Familiar with NYC building codes, LL11 requirements, DOT drawings, and commercial construction practices
• Responsible for reviewing design work, minimal hands-on design duties required
• Strong drafting skills in Revit and AutoCAD; ability to self-perform and guide junior staff
• Must be comfortable with agency reviews (DOB, FDNY, DOT, etc.) and zoning analysis
• Able to manage multiple fast-paced projects, perform site visits, and handle construction administration tasks
  Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
