This is a hands-on leadership role for a nurse who has already managed staff, understands accountability, and can bring structure, organization, and efficiency to a busy procedural practice. What This Role Offers Monday–Friday schedule (no nights, weekends, or holidays) Leadership role with direct oversight of clinical staff Opportunity to participate in and grow aesthetic services Collaborative environment with physicians and NP Stable, established outpatient practice Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Performance Bonus Paid time off Predictable daytime schedule Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow Supervise Medical Assistants and ensure efficient workflow Maintain consistency in clinical protocols and procedures Staff Management Direct, train, and manage clinical staff Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations Address performance issues and maintain accountability Aesthetic Services Support Assist in development and growth of aesthetic offerings Support and collaborate with Physician and Nurse Practitioner performing injectables (If trained) perform aesthetic procedures within scope and protocol Operations & Systems Identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements Help standardize procedures and training processes Oversee supply management and inventory Qualifications Active RN license (New Jersey) (Required) 2+ years of prior leadership or supervisory experience required Experience in outpatient, procedural or aesthetic setting preferred Interest or experience in aesthetic medicine strongly preferred Strong organizational and decision-making skills Who This Role Is For You want a leadership role, not just a clinical position You are comfortable managing staff and driving accountability You are interested in aesthetics and helping grow that part of a practice You prefer a fast-paced outpatient setting over hospital-based care Who This Role Is Not For RNs seeking a traditional bedside or hospital role Those uncomfortable with leadership responsibility Those not interested in aesthetic services or practice growth
