THE ROLE: LEAD REHABILITATION THERAPIST

We are seeking an experienced Lead Rehabilitation Therapist to oversee therapy services and guide our multi-disciplinary team. This leadership position combines clinical expertise with operational oversight, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and efficiency.

WHAT YOU?LL DO:

• Manage daily therapy operations, including staffing and patient care coordination
• Conduct departmental meetings, in-services, and team projects
• Provide direct patient treatment following established standards of practice
• Mentor and support therapy staff to achieve excellent clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other team members for seamless patient care
• Monitor and maintain therapy equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements
• Represent UMRH with professionalism, compassion, and integrity
