The Lead Relationship Manager is responsible for the leadership of a team of Relationship Managers to achieve Lifeblood’s collection targets. The role contributes to the national Donor Engagement plans and oversees the effective and efficient delivery of plans & initiatives in their region.
The role requires effective relationship management of internal and external stakeholders to Lifeblood to support the effective delivery of agreed activity plans for the region.
The Lead Relationship Manager drives the development and implementation of plans within their region to optimise donor acquisition, awareness, education, engagement, attendance, and retention, and manages relationships to support collections growth.
