We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction trades and a passion for transforming spaces. This role requires expertise in remodeling projects, from residential renovations to commercial upgrades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in remodeling or related construction fields is essential.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction site operations and construction management practices along with safety processes.
• Hands-on experience with most aspects of plumbing, electrical systems, interior remodeling
• Ability to work hands on as well as supervise a junior level team in a fast-paced environment.

• Execute remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, room additions, and structural modifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry.
• Supervise a crew of junior remodelers and ability to mentor where needed.
• Perform construction estimating and management to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks on construction sites, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Ability to engage in most aspects of a residential remodel from the ground up.
• Operate heavy equipment when necessary for specific remodeling tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
