We’re looking for an experienced Lead Remodeling Specialist – Senior to join our residential remodeling team. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll not only manage projects and crews but also work on-site daily to ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead and work alongside your crew on residential interior remodeling projects
• Perform all aspects of remodeling, including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, cabinetry, and fixture installation
• Organize and schedule work to meet deadlines
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate clearly with customers, crew members, and management
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with project requirements
• Resolve jobsite issues quickly to keep work on track
