Description Lead Residential Advocate Location: Mora, MN Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 1:00PM - 9:00PM (every other weekend required) Pay: $19.00 – $25.53 per hour (PLUS weekend, evening, and overnight shift differentials!) As a Lead Residential Advocate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and our residential advocate team. What You’ll Do Mediate staff and client concerns in real time to ensure positive outcomes. Provide direction and support to Residential Advocates during each shift. Assist in training and mentoring both new and current team members. Maintain adequate staffing coverage and assist with scheduling logistics. Promote a safe, healthy, and recovery-focused environment. Identify and report safety concerns or risks promptly.
