Lead Resource Planner Are you ready to take the next step into your career? As the Lead Resource Planner, you help lead and identify frontline roster efficiencies, optimise service to member and staff engagement relevant to schedules, and resource planning initiatives within the resource planning team and across frontline operations Key responsibilities; Identify and deliver training and coaching for resource planners and Dispatch Officers Management of relationships and interactions with stakeholders to drive optimal operational efficiencies. Facilitating the delivery of monthly operating cycles, oversee delivery deadlines and distribute workload across resource planners Identify and deliver operational efficiencies, rostering practices and operational functions for frontline staffing Project lead, working with staff that are the SME for the business unit About you; 3-5 years’ experience as a Workforce Planner/consultant or scheduler Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). High ability in Aspect WFM/WFO, or other WFM systems Experience in a customer service environment. Demonstrated ability to drive continual improvement. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills which deliver results for the business. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills for negotiating priorities and conflict resolution. Demonstrated ability to solve routine problems and to apply initiative to unusual/unknown situations. Why join RACQ?
