Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. Competently performs all revenue audits/drops. Conducts training for the rev audit team and new hires. Handles projects and reports assigned. Audits all documentation of table game transactions using casino system. Audits all documentation of slot transactions using casino (slot) system. Audits all documentation of food, beverage and retail transactions using the point-of-sale system. Audits all documentation of hotel and related transactions using the property management system. Audits all documentation of cashier transactions, including all receipt and disbursement of cash and chips, related documentation, deposits, and cash variances. Audits all documentation and prepares all reports related to Ticket In/Ticket Out (TITO) transactions. Audits all documentation and prepares all reports related to Kiosk transactions. Audits documentation and prepares all reports related to cash to points transactions. Audits documentation and prepares all reports related to the drop. Audits documentation and prepares all reports related to Title 31. Prepare exception reports for instances of non-compliance with operational practices. Must have a thorough knowledge of ICMP’s with respect to job duties. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters. Must be able to use a variety of computer software programs with competence. General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. 10-key calculator skills are strongly preferred. High School Diploma or GED is required. Completion of introductory college or high school level accounting courses highly preferred. Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments and meet established deadlines.
