Job Description The Lead Review Attorney serves as the primary legal authority for the engagement, responsible for defining legal review strategy, ensuring defensibility, and overseeing all privilege and classification decisions. Key Responsibilities Define document review protocols, workflows, and coding standards Oversee privilege review and sensitive document classification Ensure all review activities meet legal defensibility and regulatory standards Act as the escalation point for complex legal determinations Collaborate with governance leadership to communicate and manage legal risk Provide oversight and direction to the broader review team Qualifications 12+ years of experience in discovery, document review, and regulatory matters Deep expertise in privilege review and legal risk assessment Strong understanding of defensibility standards in large-scale reviews Proven leadership experience managing legal review teams Excellent analytical and decision-making skills Additional Information Integres offers competitive salaries bolstered by a comprehensive benefits package, which provides safety and security for our employees and their families.
