Role Title: Lead Risk & Compliance – Quality Assurance (QA) Job Description: Primary responsibilities Conduct monthly QC program for AML screening (including manual adverse media screening) and transaction monitoring processes. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency, effectiveness and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures. Provide regular progress updates to Team Lead and stakeholders and facilitate meetings when necessary. • Prepare detailed QC reports outlining findings and actionable recommendations. Deliver training sessions to stakeholders to address gaps and enhance understanding of AML processes. Summary of Requirements: Minimum 6 years of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering Terrorism Financing (CFT) in a SME/Corporate banking environment. Proficiency in AML screening and transaction monitoring. Experience in training and QC is preferred. Proficiency in the Singapore AML/CFT regulations and guidelines. Good communication skills, proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written means). Ability to organize and prioritize workload, support the team in delivering all commitments on time. An accountable team player with collaborative spirit, ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset – overcome challenges with creative thinking and innovative solutions. Hours of Operation The hours of operation will be 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Bank holiday will follow Singapore public holidays calendar. There may be shift and overtime required for weekends or national holidays according to business requirement. Both parties need to align and mutually agree on such changes and plan in advance. Overtime rates if any be charged only when productivity targets are met, and also when the personnel gaps in the team (if any) are duly filled.
