REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Years of Experience: 5 + years of experience in cloud-based RPA/AI development. 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying automated bots using the UiPath platform.
• Expert-level knowledge of RPA development and O&M best practices.
• Proficiency with Agile, DevOps, TDD, and CI/CD tools and techniques.
• Experience working with both on-premise and cloud-based software capabilities and server-based tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience with cognitive automation tools, including Machine Learning (ML), chatbots, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
• Experience with containerization technologies.
  Location: Onsite - Washington, DC
  Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a government agency Clearance.

• Lead the development, modernization, and enhancement of RPA and cognitive capabilities, with a responsibility for developing approximately 10 automations per year.
• Manage the entire development lifecycle for assigned automations, from design and coding through testing and release to production.
• Utilize and champion modern development methodologies including Agile, DevOps, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Provide full operations and maintenance (O&M) lifecycle support for 10+ automations annually, including post-production support and change management activities.
• Migrate, enhance, and maintain code developed by various teams, adapting it to meet enterprise platform requirements.
