Responsibilities
  • Lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest room is cleaned and presented to the highest standards
  • Prepare housekeeping carts and keep supplies organized for efficient, smooth operations
  • Refresh guest rooms quickly and thoroughly, from stripping and remaking beds to restocking linens and amenities
  • Tackle deep cleans and special projects with precision and pride
  • Mentor and train new team members, building their skills and confidence in line with resort expectations
  • Provide feedback and guidance to help the team deliver consistent, outstanding results
  • Step into a supervisory capacity when required, supporting scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving
  • Act as a key link between room attendants, supervisors, and management to ensure daily operations run seamlessly
