Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a confident and compassionate Lead Rotational RVN to support our nursing team and patients across various departments including wards, theatre and diagnostics. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines clinical excellence with team development. The Lead roles are supported by Team Leader RVN’s and therefore an excellent introduction to leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding nursing care across all areas of the hospital.
  • Mentor and coach team members, promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, Heads of Service and Nursing Leadership to identify training needs, support initiatives and improve workflow.
  • Contribute to the induction processes, departmental communications and nurse leader meetings.
  • Champion best practice, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
