JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead RPA Developer to join our team and take ownership of the design, development, and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and lead a team of developers in implementing and maintaining automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of RPA technologies and will be a proven leader with strong communication skills to mentor junior developers and ensure the successful delivery of RPA initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience:
• Minimum of [X] years of experience working with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• At least [X] years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of RPA developers.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions across various business functions.
• Strong understanding of process automation principles, business process mapping, and workflow automation.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with database management (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of AI/ML integrations, OCR, and API automation is a plus.

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of RPA developers, ensuring effective collaboration, task delegation, and mentoring to ensure successful delivery of RPA projects.
• RPA Solution Design: Architect and design RPA solutions that are scalable, efficient, and maintainable, leveraging RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Development and Deployment: Oversee the development of automation workflows, including the coding, testing, and deployment of RPA bots. Ensure quality coding standards are maintained and that bots function optimally.
• Process Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop process maps for automation.
• Governance and Best Practices: Establish and enforce RPA governance policies and best practices to ensure consistency, security, and compliance in the automation solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvements and optimizations in automation processes, incorporating new features and capabilities as RPA technologies evolve.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for RPA-related queries, providing guidance to business users, and working with clients to ensure successful delivery and adoption of RPA solutions.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to RPA bots, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to junior developers and business users on RPA tools, processes, and best practices.
