OCU Group are looking for an experienced Ruby on the rails Lead Software Developer to join our growing digital team and play a central role in the development of OCU One, our in-house, bespoke workforce management platform. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the technology that powers the planning and execution of complex Energy Transition, Utilities and Digital Infrastructure projects across the UK.

Working closely with the Platform Manager, you’ll take ownership of key system components, influence architectural decisions, and lead development best practices. You’ll be a technical authority across the platform, regularly mentoring other developers and ensuring OCU One remains scalable, performant, and aligned with business goals.
