Partner with the best As a Lead Sales and Service Delivery Specialist - Drilling & Completion Fluids, you will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, collaborate with internal cross functional team, and coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries. You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business. You will also expand existing business within the actual market. As a Lead Sales and Service Delivery Specialist - Drilling & Completion Fluids, you will be responsible for: Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars. Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment. Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined across organizational boundaries. Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out. This includes managing the relationship to ensure business success. Leading and driving product and service sales activities proactively across existing and new customers within the market for drilling and completion fluids. Delivering financial plan as submitted and agreed upon during the planning cycle. Providing reporting to the P2R management on account activity and delivery, including support sales strategy. Being responsible for training, presentation, coaching, and supporting others in the team. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Have at least 7 years’ experience in sales and/or operations role with relevant experience in Drilling & Completion Fluids Have demonstrated aptitude for building trusted relationships and show an understanding of customer requirements and market conditions. Have effective problem-solving skills. Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Have good commercial experience and excellent communication skills. Have team management experience and have experience of working in safe environment.
