What You'll Do: Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching while meeting performance and sales targets Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and assisting with questions or concerns Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement Manage a team of sales associates and practioners to goals, development , and operational excellence What You'll Have: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles Managerial experience in retail or health and wellness Comprehensive training provided Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set Who We Are: Stretch Zone uses patented equipment and proven protocols to help members improve flexibility, mobility, and overall physical performance while reducing stiffness and enhancing reaction time.
